Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
You may return any item purchased from this web site for any reason, within the first thirty (30) days after delivery. We'll gladly exchange your product or give you a refund for the full price of the product -
whichever you prefer. No questions asked. No re-stocking fees. Your only cost for returning an item is the cost of shipping it back to us.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at
support@marware.com or call us at 954.927.6031 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. We do not
accept returns without an RA number. MARWARE is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We recommend you insure all returns.
The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including
all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned merchandise must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. The package MUST have our Return Authorization
(RA) number on the return label.
If you did NOT purchase your MARWARE product from this website and you wish to return it, you must return it to the vendor you
originally purchased it from.
