Marware promotes minimal use of virgin materials in products and packaging and progressively adds innovative, eco-friendly materials as they become available - often leading the industry in the sourcing and usage of new accessory materials. Our mission is to create and sustain what we refer to as the Wave of Responsibility. We believe that in order to have a greener tomorrow, we need to live bluer today. This requires us to make responsible choices regarding our packaging, production, materials, and policies to reduce air pollution, water pollution, and the use or creation of toxins through all the levels of our business. From our corporate logo to our private lives, we are committed to preserving the oceans and environment as well as being dedicated to improving our communities through responsible action.
By using more eco-friendly and recyclable materials in our products and packaging, we reduce the amount of toxins and trash that end up in landfills. By using more responsible manufacturing and logistic processes, we reduce the amount of greenhouse gasses and harmful chemicals released into the environment.

| Around the office: |

- We recycle. Paper, plastic, aluminum, batteries, toner, electronic components...you name it, if it can be recycled, we'll have a bin for it.
- We conserve water and energy. Shutting down office lights in empty rooms, at lunch time, in the restrooms and conference rooms when no one is using them significantly reduces our day to day power consumption by up to 29%* *as represented on utility bills.
- In the cooler months, local employees ride bicycles to work to reduce consumption of fossil fuels.
- Many of us have taken active roles in our personal lives to support causes to help the community and environment.

Family Values: At Marware, we are all a family. Whether our co-workers are on-site or working remotely, we all make an effort to keep in touch socially and help a friend in need. During hurricane season, we are all in touch and the office is equipped with a generator. We strive to take care of our customers because they have become part of the family. The owners have also opened the Marware Montessori Academy because of their commitment to the welfare and education of children in our community. Employees are given tuition discounts for their children to attend this cutting-edge institution.

Balance: We all know unexpected challenges come up, usually at the least convenient times. Because the accessory market is constantly fluctuating and devices are constantly changing, we are sometimes called upon to work weekends or longer days. It can be stressful to say the least. Management realizes this and assists in several ways-compensation with alternative days off, a structured but low-key work environment, company sponsored luncheons, and full home-style accommodations (full kitchen, shower, in-house gym). It also helps to have a relaxed dress code. In return, employees frequently work extra hours, work from home on weekends or sick days, and pitch in to help wherever possible.

Education: In addition to the Marware Montessori Academy, Marware also encourages employees to enrich their lives and further career paths by contributing up to 100% of tuition for training, seminars, and even continuing education for qualifying programs. Change and growth is nurtured and encouraged throughout the workplace, at all times. Similarly, when new state-of-the-art equipment is needed, employees are given the opportunity to study and get up to speed on software or operation prior to implementation.

Responsibility: Located in South Florida, we realize the importance of our actions on the environment and the ocean. We believe in the adage that we did not inherit the world from our parents but are in fact borrowing it from our children. If we don't take responsibility now, there may be no turning back. We take the same approach with our business values. We feel an inherent responsibility to provide quality, value, and support to our constantly growing family.
