Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipments

At this time, Marware offer two shipping options to U.S. customers: U.S. Priority Mail or UPS. The charge for Priority Mail is a flat rate of $3.00 on all online orders weighing less than 5 pounds. In the case of shipments weighing less than 13 ounces, less expensive U.S. Mail options will be available. Charges for UPS shipments vary by service level (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day), weight, and distance. Approximate rates are listed in the table above. Your actual rate will be calculated before you check out and may be lower.

Website orders greater than $100 (before tax and shipping) qualify for free U.S. Priority Mail shipping. This applies to delivery addresses within the United States only. Free shipping is not available on discounted or reseller orders, or on orders greater than 5 pounds in weight.

Orders received by 12:00 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday will ship the same day, except on the U.S. holidays noted below, if they occur on a week day. Orders received after 1:00 pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday (unless the Monday is a holiday, in which case they will ship on the next business day). We do not, as a rule, do partial shipments.

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico & Other U.S. Territories

• U.S. Priority Mail (3-5 days for delivery).
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air
• UPS Ground and 3-Day Select services are not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories
• UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs

APOs & FPOs

• Orders placed by military personnel for delivery to APOs or FPOs will be sent via U.S. Priority Mail service, for a flat fee of $3.00 (free, if order totals $100 or more before shipping and taxes and weighs less than 5 pounds).
• Orders received by 1:00 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday will ship the same day, except on Saturdays and the legal holidays observed by the U.S. Postal Service. Orders received after 1:00 pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday (unless the Monday is a holiday, in which case they will ship on the next business day).
• Please direct inquiries to support@marware.com.
• UPS does not deliver to APOs, or FPOs.

International Shipments (Includes Canada & Mexico)

• Orders outside the United States are shipped via Priority Mail International, unless otherwise requested.
• Orders received by 1:00 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday will ship the same day, except on Saturdays and legal holidays observed by the U.S. Postal Service. Orders received after 1:00 pm Pacific Time Friday will be shipped the following Monday (unless the Monday is a holiday, in which case they will ship on the next business day).
• We DO NOT offer or recommend UPS Standard to Canada. The rates quoted by UPS for this shipping method do NOT include Customs Brokerage Fees or Duties and Taxes. These fess normally add more than $20 to the shipping costs quoted by UPS.
• When Priority Mail International is not available to a destination country, Air Mail will be used. Air Mail can take from 5 to 21 days for delivery, depending on the country of destination.
• UPS International service cost depends on weight and the destination country and city. There are cities in each country to which an extended area surcharge is applied because of their remote location within that country. UPS International takes 2-7 business days, depending on the country and city of destination. Our shopping cart will show the actual shipping cost to your destination before you check out.
• WE DO NOT RECOMMEND UPS INTERNATIONAL SERVICE TO THE UK. Our customers in the UK have not found this shipping method to be satisfactory, due to unexpected surcharges. For best results, please use Priority Mail International.
• In the case of all international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination.
• Free shipping does not apply to orders delivered to addresses outside the United States.
